The days were dark
The rubble and air so thick
For we couldn't see the light
In the day or night
The heroes stood tall
The fallen stood taller
We concealed our fears
We doubted the answers that gave us tears
We rose above the dark to bring light once again to all who have fallen
For we all should NEVER FORGET
